1. Service Scope

• Big Food Co offers:

• Bulk food delivery

• Semi-catering services

• Meal boxes and platters

• Bucket biryani and curated menus

All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Orders & Booking

Orders must be placed at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, depending on volume and menu type.

Confirmations are sent via WhatsApp, phone, or email after reviewing the event details and availability.

For semi-catering or large events, advance planning and approvals may be required.

Sending a quote does not confirm our delivery of services. Services are subject to availability after receiving the final confirmation. We reserve the right to take another booking if the order is not confirmed by the client on time. And reserve the final say in delivery of our services.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location and order type.

• Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

• Payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as shared at the time of confirmation.

  Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price change after placing the order will be confirmed as soon as we make a decision to change the prices. Order completion will depend on mutual agreement of both the parties. However the final rights of acceptance lies with Big Food Co

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable, as ingredients and manpower are already committed.

• Any eligible refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Food Handling & Delivery

• All meals are prepared fresh and delivered with strict hygiene practices.

• Food should be consumed within the recommended time frame mentioned on the packaging or communicated during delivery.

• We are not responsible for issues arising from improper handling after delivery.

6. Allergies & Dietary Preferences

• Please inform us in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions.

• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

• 7. Use of Website & Content

• All content on this website — including menus, photos, branding, and copy — is the intellectual property of Big Food Co and cannot be reused without permission.

• Website usage should be lawful and not violate any rights or security features.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• Big Food Co shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from delays, third-party failures (e.g., traffic, weather), or incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Changes to Terms

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.
   

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
